Good evening- Windermere Waves Families….

It’s time for our first Windermere Waves swim meet of the 2024 summer - next Thursday, May 30!

As registration details explained – Each family must supply one volunteer to work one half of every swim meet your swimmer is swimming in. Volunteer obligations can be fulfilled by any family member (at least 14 years or older), friend or neighbor. All volunteer positions for the May 30 meet are now OPEN.

As a reminder, new this year, all parents of 12 & under swimmers are required to volunteer at least one shift as a Bullpen Monitor. Sign up is open for these positions for all meets.

Descriptions about each of the jobs can be found at this link. Volunteer Requirements - Windermere Waves Swim Team (swimtopia.com). Volunteer registration is open until 10:00pm the day before the meet. Promptly signing up for a volunteer position greatly assists me as the Volunteer Coordinator.
