Amazing win against Aberdeen! 

Last regular season meet at Fieldstone this Tuesday 6/24! Let’s go Waves! 

PARKING: The pool address is 3350 Elder Field Lane Cumming, GA 30040. Meet set up will be available starting at 3:30pm. We may set up our bullpen tents in the grassy area outside the pool area in front of the parking lot. 

The pool parking is large, however, any overflow parking should be along Elder Field Lane. Please do NOT park on Pond Gap Lane as it is a cul-de-sac and cars get stuck with a lot of traffic (it is the first street past the parking lot on the right). It is a one way traffic flow through the parking lot to help keep all cars on the same path. Please be sure to not block driveways or fire hydrants and follow all posted signage. (See map attached)

The tennis association has asked us to not park in their small lot on the right side of the clubhouse. It should be marked with no parking. There will be tennis matches on, so we need to allow them an area to park.

FACILITIES: The pool area and bathrooms have gates and a locking system. The system will be turned off during the meet. The gates will look closed/locked, but are able to be opened. We are not allowed to prop them open.

They have a large pool deck that will accommodate many spectators. Please note that the quiet pool, baby pool, slide pool, and zero entry area are all CLOSED during the swim meets so no one should enter those areas.

CONCESSIONS: The concessions will be doing pre-sales for pizza, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, and sub sandwiches. There will be extra pizza, candy, chips, watermelon and a variety of drinks that will also be available to purchase. We will accept cash and credit cards via Square. King of Pops will also be at the meet for a sweet treat!

Pre-sale items will be available! Please use this pre-order link to order by Monday at 5pm. Pre-orders will be available for pickup starting around 4:30.

WEATHER: The weather looks hot for Tuesday, but hopefully no storms! In  case of severe weather, please wait in your cars-DO NOT LEAVE. Coach Lizzie will communicate via SwimTopia   

MINI RACE: We will have our Mini Fins and Mini Waves  swim before the meet begins around 5:00pm.  Please plan to have them arrive by 4:45pm.

SENIOR NIGHT: Fieldstone will be having their senior night before the meet after the mini race. It should not take long so we plan to start the meet on time or a couple minutes early.

TIME TABLE:

3:30 Our pool closes. You can start bullpen set up outside the pool in the grassy area

4:00 – 4:30: Fieldstone warm ups

4:30 – 5:00: Windermere warm ups

5:00: Minis swim and timer/judges meeting

5:10: Senior/10 Year Swimmer Recognition

5:30: Meet begins
