Hello Waves Parents,

First let me thank everyone who volunteered last night. Although it may not have seemed like it at times, the meet ran very smoothly. Most of that was due to your hard work.

Next Thursday is the first home meet of the season. The volunteer sign up should now be open please go to the website to find out how to sign up. In this meet we will need volunteers in a wider range of jobs. Please make sure you sign up for 1 shift per family.

I will email out info on each job to the volunteers after sign up closes. There is also an info button on the sign up you can click to get an idea of the job. Please pay close attention to start and end times as these vary from job to job. As always if you have a question about the job please ask.

If you are an experienced swim team parent I'd like to take this time to request you reach out to me at [email protected] or text me at 609-367-2753 to volunteer for one of our more permanent jobs (deck manager, bullpen manager, computer assistant, etc.) We have filled a lot of the spots but we always need backups and backups to the backups.

Finally, as a reminder the swimmer signup for the meet will close today so make sure your child is signed up or they won't be entered in the meet. Unlike the mock meet we are under an obligation to have the meet sheet ready at a certain time so we cannot delay.
