Hi Waves Families,

Just as a reminder the cutoff to ensure your swimmer has a shirt for county, you need to declare your swimmer today. If you would like to purchase any additional shirts that will need to be done today as well.  See below for information. 

As mentioned in a previous email, registration for the 2026 ASA Championship Meet is now open, and we’d love to have a strong Windermere Waves turnout.

While the official meet registration deadline is next Friday, we must place our team shirt order earlier to ensure shirts are printed and ready in time.

To guarantee an ASA Championship Meet shirt, swimmers must be registered by this Friday. Shirt sizes will be based on the size selected during initial registration, and the shirts are the same brand as our team shirts. If your swimmer’s current size needs to be updated, please email me by Friday with the correct size.

Families may still register for the meet after this Friday and up until next week’s official deadline; however, shirts will not be guaranteed for late registrations.

This year’s championship shirt features a fun Windermere Waves design and will be a great keepsake from the meet. If your swimmer plans to attend and would like a shirt, please be sure to register by Friday, June 12th.
