We have a very busy couple of weeks ahead! There is a lot of information below, so please take a few minutes to read through the entire email. 

Key Dates & Reminders

Wednesday, June 17^th

• Last day to declare your swimmers for county due by 6pm.
• County Championship Google Form is due by 6pm. Waves Swimmer Info
• Declare swimmers for the CRC meet (Tuesday, June 23^rd) by midnight
• Volunteer spots for CRC open at 10am

Thursday, June 18^th

• Meet, at 5:30 at Lake Forest (Superheroes & Princesses)
• A separate email with meet details will be sent later today

Friday, June 19^th

• Tritons Water Polo Team will host Fun Friday practice. Check out their website for more information. Tritons Water Polo They are also hosting a beginner clinic for beginners.  Water Polo Beginner Clinics: 7/18 & 7/25 1-3pm
• 1pm cut off to confirm if you want to qualify for GRPA (see info below)
• End of Season Celebration (June 24^th) – must RSVP by midnight to confirm numbers for event. (see info below)

Tuesday, June 23^rd

• Meet at 5:30 at CRC (Theme: USA)
• Last day to submit Coaches Donations (see info below)

Wednesday, June 24^th

• Last practice of regular season
• End of Season Celebration at 5:30pm

Thursday, June 25^th

• Practice for County

Friday, June 26^th

• ASA County Championship Meet

Detailed Information

ASA Championship- All information that we know to date is posted on our website at ASA Championship Meet Info.

If you have already signed up, please be sure to complete the Google Form. After Wednesday, communication will go only to County-bound families. Please reach out to Maria or me with any questions.

GRPA- We have received initial information, but there are still many unanswered questions across all Forsyth teams. If your swimmer would like to try to qualify, they are welcome to do so; however, please note that details are still limited at this time.

End of Season Celebration- Join us on Wednesday, June 24th at 5:30 PM as we celebrate an amazing season with our swimmers and their immediate families. We will enjoy food, recognize our coaches, and celebrate our team.

Please make sure to RSVP through SwimTopia so we can plan accordingly and have enough food for everyone.

Coaches Donations: Our coaches do an incredible job each season, and we would love to show them our appreciation. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Donation deadline: Tuesday, June 23

Ways to donate:

• Cash: A green donation box will be available at practices (under the pavilion) starting Tuesday, June 16, and at the last two meets (located at volunteer check-in with Trey). Please place cash in an envelope labeled with your swimmer(s) names.
• Venmo: Send to @Amanda-Tantanella (last four digits: 1259)
• Please include: “Waves – [Swimmer(s) First and Last Name]”
