Below is the information from CRC about our meet on Tuesday, June 23^rd at Chattahoochee River Club located at 4110 River Club Drive, Cumming, GA 30041.

Coach Maria will send out the heat sheet on Tuesday before the meet.

Theme:

Our theme is USA, so bring the energy and show up in your most patriotic gear! We’re heading to CRC, and since they’re rocking the same theme, it’s our chance to go bigger, louder, and prouder, let’s stand out and show everyone what our team is all about!

Meet Timeline:

Please arrive at 4:00pm. Volunteers and Swimmers will need to check in at the red State Farm Tent.

We will warm up from 4:30pm to 5:00pm

If you have a Ripple and they will be completing in the mini meet, please have them to the pool deck at 5:10pm for a the 5:15pm mini meet.

Parking and Pool Deck Flow

The circle by the clubhouse (off River Club Drive) is reserved for parking for handicap permit holders, coaches and the meet referee. The circular drive by the pool entrance (off Sugar Creek Lane) will be open to drop off swimmers and/or supplies until 4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm the lot will close to vehicle traffic.

Parking will be available on the streets around the pool. Please obey the posted parking signs. There is no swim team parking in the lot by the playground. This is reserved for the community to use for access to the tennis courts.

Restrooms are located in the lower part of the clubhouse (accessible by the pool deck), the playground (we will have signage to point you in the right direction) and two porta potties in the pool parking lot.

Weather Plan

The Coaches and Team Representatives from both teams are watching the weather for Tuesday. We will keep you posted on any changes.

If bad weather rolls in, please DO NOT leave. Most storms pass quickly and we wait it out. If thunder or lightning occurs, you’ll be asked to wait in your car until the lifeguards clear the deck. All updates will come through SwimTopia—make sure you have the app downloaded.

Bullpens

Swimmer tents will be set up beside the pool in the parking lot area. This area will be closed off to park in, but you can drop your swimmer off if needed. Please make sure you bring something comfortable for your swimmer and yourself to sit on/in.

Concessions

The concession stand is located at the front entrance to our clubhouse, just up the stairs from your bullpen location. The concession stand will have pizza by the slice, snacks and drinks throughout the meet. The concession stand accepts cash and Venmo for orders. You can preorder Chick-fil-a and Pizza here until Monday at 9am https://crcstingrays.myshopify.com/collections/pre-orders . Pre-orders can be picked up between 5pm and 7:30pm at the concession stand.
