What a fun meet tonight! We may not win them all, but getting to swim alongside friends and see classmates during the summer is always a win!

Wednesday Practice

Tomorrow morning we’re switching things up with a “Fun Friday” on a Wednesday! We’ll have Swimmer of the Week, fun activities, and donuts.

Practice times:

• 10:00–11:00 AM: 11 & up
• 11:00 AM–12:00 PM: 10 & under
• 12:00–12:45 PM: Ripples

Also, CRC had an issue printing ribbon labels tonight. If you’re available, please join me under the pavilion tomorrow to help label and sort ribbons, no signup needed, just come if you can!

End of Season Celebration

Because this event is catered, we are currently at capacity based on RSVPs. If you did not RSVP but would still like to attend, we’d love to have you join us. Please just note that food (taco bar and dessert) will be limited to those who RSVP’d. We will provide water, Gatorade, and soda as well. 

We are also looking for a few volunteers to help during the celebration. Please check the calendar, click on “Season Celebration,” and select “Job Signups” to choose a time slot. Even a little help goes a long way!

Wristbands will be distributed tomorrow so our food team can easily identify who is included in the catered count. We’ll be serving a taco bar, drinks, and dessert for all swimmers.

Event Timeline

• 5:30–6:15 PM: Food buffet
• 6:15 PM: Awards begin
• 7:00 PM: Food service ends
• After awards: Parents vs. Coaches fun meet
• 8:00 PM: Cleanup begins
• 9:00 PM: Pool closes (after 8:00 PM, please clean up your own area)

A Few Reminders

We’re grateful to the HOA for allowing us to continue hosting this event at the pool, and we want to keep this tradition going. Please help by:

• Leaving space under the pavilion for some residents. It cannot be all swim team. 
• Cleaning up after yourself
• Reaching out to me directly if any issues arise.  
• Most importantly, have fun and be responsible!
