End of Season Banquet & Awards

Hi Waves Families!! This season has flown by and it is time to CELEBRATE with our End of Season Banquet and Awards Ceremony! The banquet is on Wednesday, June 29th from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Windermere Pool Pavilion. We will provide pizza, salad, watermelon and a FUN dessert. BYOB (Bring your own beverages) for your family. The banquet is for immediate family members. Please RSVP with the number of people attending from your family including your swimmer(s). The lap pool and pavilion are reserved for our banquet!! After dinner, we will have the awards ceremony and then we will have fun relays with the Coaches and Parents. We are looking forward to a great night of CELEBRATION!! **MEET SIGN UP DUE BY 8PM ON 5/25** Warm-up times: 4:30pm for all swimmers 10 and under; 4:50pm for all swimmers 11 and older. Mock meet will begin around 5:15pm and will end no later than 7:30pm. Additional info: Swimmers will swim 25 or 50 yards (based on age group) of each stroke; 6 and under swimmers will only swim freestyle and backstroke. Select concessions will be available for purchase to celebrate the end of the school year! Bullpen monitors for select age groups (10 & under only) and timers will also be needed so we can run the practice meet as quickly as possible. We will also be testing our timing system and (new software for this year!) at the meet so please be patient if we run into any technical difficulties. :-) |

Parent Information Meeting & Suit Fitting

Parent information meeting for the 2022 season begins at 6:30pm. Our swimsuit vendor, Reddiset, will be available from 5:30pm to 7:30pm for swimsuit fittings and purchases. We are using a new swimsuit this year but swimmers are not required to purchase the team suit. |
